Each class is a 60 minute flow using the hammock as an apparatus to facilitate building grip strength, over all strength and increased flexibility. We will hang upside down and create traction in the spine which can help relieve back pain. This is a great option for cross-training to incorporate into your pole practice. This class is suitable for all students including first timers and people who have never used an inversion sling before.

LATE POLICY: Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before class. If you do not show up for your reserved spot, it will be given to a waitlisted student. If you arrive more than 5 min after class has begun you will not be admitted since we lock the door and you will forfeit not only the class but the cost of the class as well. We do not offer refunds if you cannot make it to class on time. Traffic can be rough especially during rush hour SO PLAN AHEAD!
