How to Purchase, Register & More

 

We're so excited to have you join the Providence Pole Fit fam!

You'll need to create a MindBody account to register for classes. 

Booking is easy and we have full instructions below!


With MindBody app on mobile phone:

 

  1. Download the MindBody app on your mobile phone.

  2. Create an account or log in.

  3. Open the app and search for “Providence Pole Fitness” (make sure current location is set to 50 miles!).

  4. Select Providence Pole Fitness.

  5. There will be 2 buttons below: VIEW SCHEDULE, VIEW PRICING.

  6. To purchase classes etc., select VIEW PRICING and select the option you'd like to buy.

  7. To register for a class, select VIEW SCHEDULE and select the class/es you'd like to attend.

  8. Select payment at checkout!

Once you’ve signed up for the class, you can access your schedule to cancel and/or add classes at any time through the app.

  1. Click BOOK NOW! on the homepage.

  2. You will be redirected to the MindBody portal for PPF.

  3. Create/login to your account.

  4. After you login, there will be 3 tabs on the top right of the page.

  5. To purchase, select ONLINE STORE and select the option you'd like to buy.

  6. To register for a class, select CLASSES and select the class/es you'd like to attend.

  7. Select your payment and checkout!

 

You can view or cancel the classes you sign up for by clicking “MY INFO”  then “My Schedule.”

What should I wear?

Shorts and a tank top! Less is more in pole fitness. Your skin creates traction on the pole so you can stick to it. NO BODY LOTIONS! If you do not feel comfortable in shorts you can wear leggings as long as they can be rolled up past the knee while we work on pole climbs. We are barefoot for all classes except Stilettos class on Saturday mornings. Knee pads, knee high socks and Pleaser brand shoes are highly recommended for this class.

Is there stripping involved?

There is zero nudity. We are a fitness studio - the only thing that is stripped away is your inhibitions!

 

Do I have to be fit to take these classes?

Nope! That's why we're here, to get you in shape! Our Intro and Beginner classes are designed for ALL fitness levels, and as your muscles develop, you will move up in our program. Our program is designed to help each student learn at their own pace and our instructors will work with each student based on their individual fitness level.

 

Are there men in these classes?
Our studio is a safe, judgement free space. Everyone is welcome!

You may be surprised to learn that men are becoming a more common sight in this sport! Almost all competitions now offer a men’s division. Yes, although infrequent, men are welcome to join us. If you are uncomfortable with a gentleman being in your class, just contact the studio and one of our staff will let you know if a man is scheduled in your class that day. 

Men are also welcomed at all parties, group lessons and private events.

CANCELLATIONS

You must cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts to avoid a late cancellation. If you late cancel, you will forfeit that class. Go online or use the MindBody app to cancel your reservation.

LATE POLICY

To avoid interruptions during class, we ask students arrive at least 15 minutes early to class. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to class, you will not be admitted and you will forfeit that class. If you do not arrive on time, your spot may be given to a standby or walk-in student.
