Introduction to Pole
(New Students)

Exclusively for first time students! We have a new 45 minute class created just for you that will give you a quick and simple workout while breaking down the basic fundamentals of pole fitness. Starting with a 10 minute warm-up focused on dynamic stretching and moving into light conditioning, pole grips, and hold fundamentals. From there, a basic spin to focus on controlling the momentum of your own body!

We end with a 10 minute cool down. You can take as many Intro to Pole classes as you'd like,

but you must take at least 3 or more to move into Pole 101 or with instructor's permission.

Pole 101
(Beginner)

This class prepares all of our new students for our more advanced pole classes while getting a great workout. There is no limit to the amount of 101 classes you can take. Each student will learn basic pole form including climbs, spins, and holds. If you feel comfortable with the Pole 101 movements, please feel free to move into other classes for “Beginners” or “All Levels”. We also suggest taking your 101 classes with multiple instructors. Every instructor has their own style, so each instructor’s Pole 101 class will be different. You may be asked to share a pole in this class.

Pole 102
(Intermediate/Advanced)

Requires at least 3-5 Pole 101 classes or instructors permission. After you have mastered your Pole 101 classes, Pole 102 will focus on expanding and honing basic skills, developing more pole movements, beginning inversion preparations and blending moves together.

Any student who does not will be subject to removal at instructor’s discretion.

Pole Flexibility
(All Levels)

This class focuses on stretch movements and splits. It consists of a variety of stretches, mostly off the pole; to help develop range of motion throughout the body while improving your ability to achieve splits and back bends. Flexibility is essential for pole development, so this class is suggested for all students. All levels welcomed. You may be asked to share a pole in this class.

Transitions and Flow
(Intermediate/Advanced)

Tired of practicing individual spins and poses over and over? Shake it up in this aerobic class that focuses on incorporating dance, pole flow and transitional pole movements. Each student will develop pole sequences by learning different mini routines lead by the instructor in each class. 3-5 Pole 101 classes are required before taking this class or instructor’s permission must be obtained prior to day of class.

Any student who does not will be subject to removal at instructor’s discretion.

Pole Choreo 101
(Intermediate)

This is an aerobic class that focuses on incorporating dance movements, flow and transitional movements. Any student who does not will be subject to removal at instructor’s discretion. All levels welcomed. You may be asked to share a pole in this class.

This class is one hour and forty five minutes long due to the integration of meditation.

Community Pole
