Introduction to Pole
(New Students)

Exclusively for students still new to pole! We have a new 75 minute class created just for you that will give you a quick and simple workout while breaking down the basic fundamentals of pole fitness. Starting with a 10 minute warm-up focused on dynamic stretching and moving into light conditioning, pole grips, and hold fundamentals. From there, a basic spin to focus on controlling the momentum of your own body!

We end with a 10 minute cool down. You can take as many Intro to Pole classes as you'd like,

but you must take at least 3 or more to move into Pole 101 or with instructor's permission.

Pole 101
(Beginner)

This class prepares all of our new students for our more advanced pole classes while getting a great workout. There is no limit to the amount of 101 classes you can take. Each student will learn basic pole form including climbs, spins, and holds. If you feel comfortable with the Pole 101 movements, please feel free to move into other classes for “Beginners” or “All Levels”. We also suggest taking your 101 classes with multiple instructors. Every instructor has their own style, so each instructor’s Pole 101 class will be different. You may be asked to share a pole in this class.

Pole 102
(Intermediate/Advanced)

Requires at least 3-5 Pole 101 classes or instructors permission. After you have mastered your Pole 101 classes, Pole 102 will focus on expanding and honing basic skills, developing more pole movements, beginning inversion preparations and blending moves together.

Any student who does not will be subject to removal at instructor’s discretion.

Pole Stretch & Flexibility Bootcamp
(All Levels)

This class focuses on stretch movements and splits. It consists of a variety of stretches, mostly off the pole; to help develop range of motion throughout the body while improving your ability to achieve splits and back bends. Flexibility is essential for pole development, so this class is suggested for all students. All levels welcomed. You may be asked to share a pole in this class.

Exotic Pole
(Intermediate)

This is a choreogaphy class that focuses on incorporating dance movements, flow and transitional movements. Students will learn how to work the floor, which is an integral part of pole dance as a whole, while also learning how to hear rhythm in a song. 3-5 Pole 101 classes are required before signing up or instructor’s permission must be obtained prior to day of practice time. Any student who does not will be subject to removal at instructor’s discretion. All levels welcomed. You may be asked to share a pole in this class.

Stilettos
(Intermediate/Advanced)

Ladies, you asked for it, so here it is! Bring in your favorite pair of heels and leg warmers. Get ready show off your sexiness. This class will focus on creativity, floor work and club moves. 3-5 Pole 101 classes are required before signing up or instructor’s permission must be obtained prior to day of practice time. Any student who does not will be subject to removal at instructor’s discretion. Heels are recommended, but optional.

Open Pole
(Intermediate/Advanced)

This is a supervised hour without instruction for any student to come in and practice skills learned in classes at their own pace.

While instructor on duty will provide spotting, they are not there to teach you so come prepared to work on your own.

3-5 Pole 101 classes are required before signing up or instructor’s permission must be obtained prior to day of practice time.

Any student who does not will be subject to removal at instructor’s discretion.

Many times during your pole classes, you will be sharing a pole with other clients.

We have set up our class size limits to include pole sharing since it allows for us

to keep the cost of our specialized instruction & equipment-based classes low, for you!

DISCLAIMER: No refunds or extensions will be issued on any class passes active or inactive due to personal circumstances. i.e. lateness, personal injury, sickness, travel etc.
