Single Pole Class geared towards intermediate/ advanced. Requires at least 3-5 pole 101 classes or instructors permission. Class focuses on expanding skills, developing more pole movements, and beginning pole inversion preparations. Not eligible for community yoga and community pole classes. Expires 1 month after day of purchase.
